Which Apple Watch models work with Pulse Coach?
Any Apple Watch that runs watchOS 26.6 or later. Sleep stages and overnight HRV come from the watch itself, so any recent model works.
Do the Watch app and widgets need Pulse Pro?
No. The Apple Watch app, complications and widgets are free.
